I work for a custom home builder/remodeler in Myrtle Beach SC who did a large remodel for a homeowner who would not pay him. The amount owed was almost 46k. and the homeowner then put the house up for sale and moved out of state once under contract.
Obviously, his intentions were not to pay for the remodel, so we filed a Mechanics Lien in our county on the property but were required by the county to serve him a notice of the lien. The search began for a process server who could do this for us as the property owner moved 5 hours away from Myrtle Beach to Marion NC.

Swiftwings overnighted us the required notarized Affidavit of Service that included a detailed time and date stamped map & route of the process.
