I work for a custom home builder/remodeler in Myrtle Beach SC who did a large remodel for a homeowner who would not pay him. The amount owed was almost 46k. and the homeowner then put the house up for sale and moved out of state once under contract. The search began for a process server who could do this for us as the property owner moved 5 hours away from Myrtle Beach to Marion NC. I emailed Swiftwings all information I found on the internet, including the home and work addresses in Marion, NC for the homeowner, filled out Swiftwings online form and quickly rec’d a quote for services. The next day my boss paid the bill at 4:22 pm. At 10:00 pm that evening I received an email from Swiftwings that the homeowner had been formerly served at 7:45pm, exactly 3 hours and 23 minutes after he received our payment! Swiftwings overnighted us the required notarized Affidavit of Service that included a detailed time and date stamped map & route of the process. After the hired sheriff went out multiple times to serve our defendants and then were told they had moved (a lie), we hired Ramon on a Monday afternoon to serve defendants for a Thursday court hearing. Our 83-year old cousin currently under guardianship/ conservatorship by her son and daughter have engaged in isolating her in a Memory Care Unit since August 2025.
