Our 83-year old cousin currently under guardianship/ conservatorship by her son and daughter have engaged in isolating her in a Memory Care Unit since August 2025. The lock-in is so restrictive, we resorted to using family members' ministry credentials to gain access where she signed motions/orders asking the Court to Reinstate the Case to evaluate the guardians and to request reevaluation of her cognitive health. She would not have been able to do any of this without outside help. When the Judge signed the Reinstate the Case on a Friday afternoon with a hearing 3 business days later, we had 4 parties to Serve in 3 States. We found Ramon through an on-line search. His ratings were 5-Star plus his business was located near the party to be served. We contacted him on Friday evening and by Saturday morning, the Notice of Hearing was in the party's hands. Ramon's communications were prompt, thoughtful and provided feedback as to the legalities of cross-State Server requirements. He displayed professionalism and stated realistic outcomes to the Server Process. Ramon played an important and integral part in assisting our cousin with her journey to independence and a loving quality of life in her twilight years. God works through His people.
