We GUARANTEE to make the first attempt on the same day you submit your service documents and prepaid fee, no later than 7 a.m., any day, subject to availability and destination. This service covers one process service for one deponent at one address for a single deposition.
Additional fees may apply:
– $200 for the North Carolina initial court filing fee for your entire packet
– $400 additional rate for each additional deponent
This service includes the initial domestication filing for the North Carolina subpoena form and any out-of-state-related subpoena attachments. We file these documents with any of the 100 North Carolina State Clerks of Court. The initial attempt to serve will be made as soon as we file your case with the clerk of the court. The case must be filing-ready with all documents and all applicable fees, but no later than noon the day before the filing. The first filing occurs at 8 AM, Monday through Friday (filings for Monday must be in by Sunday, and Friday must be in by Thursday at noon). Once we confirm service or non- service completion (we will call your office before filing the Return of Service), we then file the Return of Service (proof of service or non- service) with the clerk of court.
